The tilt hydraulic coupler with actuator offers ± 45° inclination for all your accessories in the Morin Original system and is ideal for creating and maintaining embankments.
This inclinable hydraulic coupler has an equal-section double action hydraulic actuator, protected by integral valves, providing precision and strength in all your finishing work.
The actuator, coupled with an extremely compact crank system, gives a virtually constant inclination torque over the entire inclination range.
Installation is easy and quick due to the use of a simple ancillary line from the excavator.
The tilt hydraulic coupler H2S with actuator, in the Morin Original System is suitable for mini-excavators from 3.5 to 5.5 tons. It is equipped with a lifting ring, designed to be used with the shackles recommended by ACB+.
All the tools in the Morin Original system M2, can be used with the H2S inclinable hydraulic coupler with actuator, which is pinned onto the machine with the original pins.
An HRB can also be used occasionally on this coupler.
Reliability and compactness
In addition to the robust structure and play compensation offered by all ACB+ couplers, the entire actuator and crank system are protected by a casing, which is reassuring, particularly when working in narrow trenches.
The heavy duty articulation bearings are in high-strength treated steel, allowing the occasional use of a hydraulic hammer. In addition, the system is protected by robust mechanical stops at its travel limits.
Simple to use:
Only a few movements are needed to lock the tool. And similarly for unlocking by simply pressing the control unit in the cab, which unhooks the tool. In the case of a hydraulic problem, the tilt hydraulic coupler H2S can be unlocked using a standby key, thus providing service continuity.
Easy identification of module:
The module is easily identified through the use of a colour code on the casing and on the standby unlocking key. This advantage is particularly appreciated in multi-module installations.
The module ident. is also engraved the couplers and tools.

Like all the hydraulic couplers in the Morin Original system, the tilt hydraulic coupler H2S with actuator has a dual safety system, comprising a:
- Double-action hydraulic actuator, permanently pressurised, to hold the cam in the locked position
- Cam equipped with the patented Form-lock system that prevents any risk of accidental unlocking
The overall system is equipped with an indicator that is visible from the cab, to visually confirm proper locking.
